Free Printables - Cheers to Mom!

Mother's Day is just around the corner and of course I thought this would be a great opportunity to share some free printables with my lovely readers and a "charm"ing gift idea.

For the free printables, I created a printable 5x7 greeting card that you can print on heavy cardstock for you to give to your mom, sister, friend, and any other mom that you would like to make feel special (once you download it, you can print as many as you like).  You can even put in a pretty frame for display.  I also created coordinating "I Heart Mom" printable coasters.  They would look great on a tray for breakfast in bed (ladies, forward this link to your hubby to remind him how nice it would be to sleep in on Mother's Day and to have breakfast served to you in bed with your favorite beverage.)

Simply go HERE and HERE to download the free files.

Now for that "charm"ing gift idea... my good friend Ana, of Pinky Pendants by Ana, showed me some of her latest creations and they were so pretty I had to show them here!  She is now making beautiful wine charms, and as a wine lover, I thought they would make adorable gifts, just in time for Mother's Day!

Aren't they beautiful?!!!  You can visit her Etsy Shop to check out her wine charms or visit HERE for her jewelry collections.

Staying on the wine theme, I had to share one more gift idea that is sure to please a mom -- wine glasses with fingerprint art.  My son Brody and his preschool class made these beautiful glasses for their school's art festival.  My heart totally melted when I saw it.  They make for such a beautiful display, don't you think?

Yummy Easter Treats

Photos by Sweetopia
One of these days I am going to learn to make these adorable cookies for Easter (you can learn by going to Sweetopia for the instructions and recipes).  This is a great site to learn since she shows step by step instructions with photos, but I just haven't had a chance to buy some of the supplies needed to create these beautiful creations.

In the meantime, I found some recipes for Easter treats that require fewer supplies and less artistic skills.  Here are some that can be fun to make with your little ones!

Rainbow Cookies - I love how colorful these cookies are!  This would put a smile on anyone's face on Easter.  You can get the recipe HERE at Betty Crocker's website.

BAKER'S One Bowl Easter Egg Brownies - This is a yummy chocolate treat that would be fun to make on Easter day after the kids open up all of their Easter eggs since you can use candies to decorate the brownies!  Get the recipe at Kraft Foods

Lemon Slices - There's nothing more refreshing than a cold glass of lemonade on a warm spring day.  How about some lemonade in your cookie?  Try this cookie sweetened by lemonade mix!  Get the recipe HERE.

Have fun making these yummy treats!

Free Printable - Easter Water Bottle Labels

I can't believe how quickly this month is flying by.  I hope you are all enjoying spring so far.  Brody had his first soccer game this past weekend and it was a lot of fun to see him doing something that he loves so much.  Little sister Skylar was such a great cheerleader and was always looking for him out on the field, except for when she was busy eating her snacks.

Since Easter is quickly approaching us, I wanted to share with you a free printable.  It is a label that you can use to dress up a regular water bottle.  This would be great for class parties, a play date, church function, Easter brunch, or whatever your heart desires.

Or if you are a Frappuccino drinker, instead of tossing your empty bottles, you can turn these...

Into festive vases...

Won't these look cute at an Easter brunch as simple centerpieces?

Or festive glasses...
